My Services
I provide counseling, coaching, and consulting services. I will only counsel clients located in the states of Arkansas, Colorado, Texas, and Missouri. I will only coach clients located in any other US state or country. I will offer a business consultation service to any counseling or coaching professional. Counseling
Heal the Moral Wound with Self Regulation
I treat adults with mild to moderate disturbances of anger, anxiety, and depression. We will meet for an intake session and establish a treatment plan. I utilize psychoeducation in behavioral therapies, mindfulness, the polyvagal theory, and the attachment theory to assist you with healing relational trauma without having to relive it from the past.
Coaching
Move Forward with your Personal Integrity
Using a progressive coaching model we will assess your life satisfaction to develop your personal statements of vision, mission, and code of integrity to maintain your forward momentum in all areas of your life. You will show up in your life with intention.
I am paneled with the following insurance on most of these platforms for MO, AR, TX, and CO: Teladoc, Rula, Headway, SonderMind, and SpringHealth. I can provide a super bill for insurance reimbursement when insurance claims cannot be filed directly in self-pay situations
